  • All payments made for IT services, support plans, or consulting are non-refundable once the service has been delivered or initiated.

  • For subscription-based services, fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing cycle.


2. Eligible Refunds

Refunds may only be granted under the following circumstances:

  • If a service you purchased was not delivered as agreed.

  • If you were charged incorrectly due to a billing error.

  • If you cancel before service delivery has started (e.g., before onboarding or setup).


3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  2. Provide proof of payment and details about your request.

  3. Our team will review your case and respond within 5–10 business days.


4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Completed consulting sessions or IT projects.

  • Customized IT solutions, software, or hardware already purchased and configured.

  • Emergency or one-time support services.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
